.908

Community and Coliving in the very hearth of San Francisco

We’ve opened .908 for the smart and curious. Someone exactly like yourself.

Located 15 minutes from the Financial District, .908 is a hub for talent and ideas, fostering networking and having fun. Tenants form lifelong relationships with each other, as well as with our guests, speakers, mentors, and partners. Co-living is for anyone who values the 3 C’s: community, creativity and convenience.
.908 is a modern coliving space that hosts entrepreneurs, inventors, artists and professional community from all over the world in the very heart of San Francisco. We can fit up to 20 people, have single, double or shared accommodation options, breakfast and cleaning are included into the rental price. Prices are from $1500/per month for a spot in the shared room and up to $2800/per month for a single room. In order to sustain our community, we only rent our premises for periods of 1 month or longer.
