Coworking & Coliving Space Local Stitch

A local stitch designing local life begins the cocooning & care service. A prospective entrepreneur who needs an office in Hongdae, a neighborhood worker who needs a home and office space, an amateur chef who needs a well-equipped kitchen, and an occasional 24-hour worker who wants to get involved in his work. A team that needs to lead the project in the short to medium term. A freelance, irregular, and one-person office is a must-have for everyone who loves local life and enjoys daily life – local stitches are open to everyone.

Local stitching is remodeled and operated. Designed to meet the needs of the user while maintaining the original atmosphere and style of the building.

On the second floor, there is a separate space of 4 pyeong, a shared toilet, a shower and a laundry room. On the third floor, there is a larger independent space and lounge. On the rooftop there is an open kitchen, a bar table, and a terrace that can accommodate up to 20 to 30 people.
