We keep the living experience for our members top of mind in everything we do– from site selection, to design, to layout, to the extras we put in our apartments, to the way we set up and run our communities to how we solve problems and face challenges.
SharedEasy is committed to having an easy screening process, to decrease the fees involved in the rental process, to limit the deposits, or in some cases to eliminate the deposit altogether so that our members are able to benefit from our service without a guarantor.
