Consegu\u00ed sacar el trabajo adelante utilizando mi tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil como m\u00f3dem, algunos ratos de locutorio y volviendo a casas en el interior pero con Internet para hacer m\u00e1s trabajo.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora mismo estoy haciendo esta entrevista aqu\u00ed sentada esperando a que mejore y haya olas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>2. \u00bfTrabajas t\u00fa sola o en equipo?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasta comienzos de este a\u00f1o he trabajado con otra persona en equipo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora trabajo yo sola.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>3. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos trabaj\u00e1is en tu empresa? \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos de vosotros trabaj\u00e1is en remoto? \u00bfDesde d\u00f3nde?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hemos sido 2.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambos trabajamos en remoto. Trabajar desde donde quisiera. Soy muy aficionada al surf y desde el principio sal\u00eda de Madrid 3 fines de semana al mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este hobby es el que me hizo amar trabajar de esta forma. Y de hecho, ahora llevo casi 2 a\u00f1os viviendo en el mar por las posibilidades de trabajar en remoto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>5. \u00bfC\u00f3mo manten\u00e9is el contacto el equipo? Os encontr\u00e1is en alg\u00fan sitio con cierta frecuencia? En ese caso, d\u00f3nde y con qu\u00e9 periodicidad?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los d\u00edas estamos conectados por Skype. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora el equipo que estamos haciendo Remoters trabajamos con Slack y es una maravilla.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos encontramos de vez en cuando en Madrid aprovechando reuniones con clientes y hablamos cosas m\u00e1s delicadas. La periodicidad es muy variable, algunos a\u00f1os nos hemos visto 3 veces y otras \u00e9pocas una vez al mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>6. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las principales ventajas que encuentras trabajando remotamente?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin duda las posibilidades de movilidad que se tiene. No tener que estar en un sitio concreto es un aut\u00e9ntico lujo. Cada uno supongo que lo aprovecha de diferente forma. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A mi, me sirve para ir a ver a mis padres sin prisas, estar m\u00e1s tiempo donde quiero y lo \u00faltimo, haberme podido ir a vivir donde quer\u00eda\u2026 Vivir frente al mar en lugar de en la gran ciudad. Ahora hago lo contrario que cuando viv\u00eda en Madrid. Voy a la ciudad una vez cada mes o cada dos meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>7. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los mayores retos de trabajar remotamente y con un equipo distribuido? C\u00f3mo has superado estos retos?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mayor reto quiz\u00e1 es solucionar problemas por skype y por tel\u00e9fono. Creo que es necesario mucha m\u00e1s confianza que cuando \u00a0trabajas en oficina y puedes ver y hablar con alguien a la cara. Tambi\u00e9n, me he encontrado con clientes que al principio quer\u00edan m\u00e1s reuniones presenciales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo he superado por profesionalidad, como digo algunos clientes prefer\u00edan vernos a menudo y despu\u00e9s de un tiempo lo dejan de necesitar porque ven que el trabajo est\u00e1 bien hecho aunque no lo compartamos f\u00edsicamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>8. \u00bfCrees que pierdes algo por trabajar en remoto?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ed, las relaciones sociales y el compa\u00f1erismo que se encuentra en una oficina. Sin embargo, ya he encontrado un equilibrio encontrando lo mismo con gente con la que no trabajo. Por ejemplo, el acudir a un coworking convierte a otros coworkers en tus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, pero adem\u00e1s sin discusiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>9. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los beneficios y desventajas de trabajar con alguien en remoto? \u00bfAlguna vez han expresado su opini\u00f3n al respecto?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00ed, como he comentado antes algunos clientes necesitan conocerme f\u00edsicamente, sobreto al inicio de una relaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, cada vez hay m\u00e1s clientes que ni te preguntan d\u00f3nde vives y no necesitan este tipo de relaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>10. \u00bfCual es la filosof\u00eda de trabajo y entorno de trabajo que buscas tener?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi filosof\u00eda de trabajo es encontrar un equilibrio entre el trabajo, los hobbies y los compromisos. El entorno de trabajo es sentirme siempre \u00a0agusto donde est\u00e9 y me gustar\u00eda seguir colaborando con otros profesionales que valoren lo mismo y quue no les importe d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n f\u00edsicamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>11. \u00bfDesde qu\u00e9 lugares, ciudades, pa\u00edses has trabajado desde que te has convertido en remoter? \u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido tu sitio preferido?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Principalmente he trabajado desde Espa\u00f1a, excepto viajes puntuales donde he podido unir vacaciones o congresos + trabajo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi sitio preferido\u2026 los d\u00edas que aprovecho el tiempo desde la furgoneta. Me encanta levantarme en la furgoneta, entrar al agua y ponerme a trabajar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>12. \u00bfTe gusta trabajar desde un tipo de sitio en particular? \u00bfEspacios de coworking, caf\u00e9s u otro? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 y cu\u00e1l es tu preferido?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No especialmente, me adapto bastante bien. Trabajo hasta las 14.30, voy a casa, como y sigo trabajando hasta las 18 como pronto. A las 18 hago algo de deporte o quedo con alguien. Es de 10. Consigo equilibrar la vida y el trabajo al m\u00e1ximo. Como en todos los trabajos tambi\u00e9n hay \u00e9pocas de mucho trabajo en las cuales, al ser remoter no consigues descansar o dejar de pensar en el trabajo, pero intento que no suceda mucho.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>15. \u00bfC\u00f3mo te ha cambiado el trabajar remotamente o ser n\u00f3mada digital?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sobretodo lo noto en el ritmo de vida y en la forma de ver las cosas. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voy m\u00e1s despacio y sobretodo, estoy mucho m\u00e1s contenta con lo que hago.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>16. \u00bfC\u00f3mo haces para no distraerte mientras trabajas?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acudir a un coworking me ayuda cuando me falta concentraci\u00f3n, pero si estoy centrada soy capaz de trabajar en muchos sitios sin distraerme. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos trucos son, estando en casa, realizar tareas de la casa aprovechando descansos para no mezclar el trabajo con las obligaciones. Y fuera de casa desactivar todas las notificaciones para evitar interrupciones y mirarlo en peque\u00f1os descansos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>17. \u00bfQu\u00e9 dir\u00edas a las empresas que no creen en contratar empleados que trabajen remotamente?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que deber\u00edan probarlo, porque muchos trabajadores desde cualquier sitio tendr\u00e1n menos distracciones que en una oficina. No bajas a tomar el caf\u00e9 todo el d\u00eda, no viene nadie a pedirte favores ni cosas as\u00ed. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creo que al final desde casa se trabaja m\u00e1s que en una oficina.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>18. \u00bfQu\u00e9 herramientas usas para trabajar remotamente?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las herramientas principales son: Skype, Hangout y Slack para las comunicaciones<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para la organizaci\u00f3n de trabajo utilizo Trello y Paymo. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para la gesti\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n entre los miembros del equipo y los clientes: Dropbox y Drive son imprescindibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>19. \u00bfQu\u00e9 sitios te gustar\u00eda visitar -desde los cuales disfrutar\u00edas y trabajar\u00edas- como remoter?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cualquier playa, tengo pendiente recorrer en furgoneta el Cant\u00e1brico y Portugal con mi tabla y el ordenador. Trabajando, surfeando y haciendo fotos por el camino. Quiz\u00e1 haga parte este verano\u2026 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n tengo muchas ganas de trabajar desde Asia y Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>20. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo mejor de trabajar remotamente? \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo peor?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo mejor est\u00e1 explicado durante la entrevista. Y es la sensaci\u00f3n de libertad que te genera. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo peor, compartir con compa\u00f1eros de trabajo dudas sobre alg\u00fan cliente y poder extenderte en pensamientos. Esto se soluciona chateando o hablando por skype pero no es lo mismo del todo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n son duros algunos d\u00edas en que necesitas una charla y te encuentras solo en alg\u00fan sitio donde no es f\u00e1cil verte con alguien de confianza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y lo peor es la dificultad para tomar vacaciones.
