The company Remote Helpers is looking for an English speaking Accountant to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- monthly payroll accounting. You will have to control the entire process of paying salaries, as well as draw up reports on them;
- accounting for customer payments;
- correspondence with customers regarding payments and bonuses for employees;
- sending contracts and other forms to new employees for filling out;
- accounting for the current expenses of the company;
- accounting of days off and holidays of employees;
- tracking and recording the payments of our debtors;
- solution of other current problems and issues.
Requirements:
- knowledge of PC, Google spreadsheets and Excel;
- ability to work in a large team;
- knowledge of English language (C1-C2 level)
It will be an advantage if you have experience with contracts and primary documentation or have an economic education.
