Business Developer Jr. – Lead Generation in MyZone

About the team:

The Lead Generation Team is in charge of spreading the word and presenting myZone's and AM2 Studio services to companies around the world. This is the team that identifies and evaluates an opportunity's potential to become a future client or business partner. (the why not?) Every day, our team works on generating leads by managing databases, initiating conversations with prospects, and building relationships to forge a long term relationship with potential clients/organizations around the world.

The team is distributed around the world from Croatia to British Columbia Canada. The ideal candidate must be located within +2 UTC to +4 UTC to ensure proper coverage and work-life balance.

The primary duties of the Business Developer Jr. include:

  1. New customer acquisition
  2. Promoting products
  3. Driving interest with the goal of propelling meetings for the sales teams to convert opportunities

What you will do:

  • Develop qualified business opportunities through business-to-business outbound emails and calls
  • Write and share marketing intelligence reports
  • Build custom target market contact lists
  • Update customer/prospect database with your daily activities

Qualifications / nice to have:

  • Knowledge of web development process
  • Deep connection to our values and culture
  • Strong ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Passion, competitive drive, curiosity
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub Professional
  • Experience in creating and executing B2B lead generation strategies focused on cold calling and cold emailing
  • Hands-on attitude and excellent communication skills (written as well as verbal)
  • Experience with cold calling and cold emailing
  • Knowledge of Google Drive and GSuite components
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly growing environment
