Practical bits

You'll get to work from home, solving our customer questions mostly over the phone, so enjoying chatting to dog owners is absolutely essential!

You’ll work 40 hours a week in total - 9am-6pm, Days flexible.

You’ll join us in our Richmond office for 3 weeks of initial training. You’ll visit us each month to work alongside the rest of the Customer Experience team.

Salary level

£21,000, plus Share award.
