We are currently looking to welcome to our Team an experienced and skilled Customer Happiness Specialist in order to take the company to the next level.

Your Mission:

As a valued member of the Customer Happiness Team, you don’t just LOVE Customer Service, you LIVE it. You have initiative, are adventurous, and have faith in your abilities to truly help people and make them happy. You are patient, empathetic and an attentive listener. You work hard and smart, are dedicated, and can meet multiple goals within deadlines. Most importantly you put happiness and fulfillment first, proactively seeking your ideal life/work harmony. 

As our Customer Happiness Specialist, you will:

  • Uphold Vimerson’s core values of leading with customer happiness;
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers through chat, email, and phone calls with friendly, upbeat, and genuine responses;
  • Evaluate customer inquiries promptly, identify questions or concerns and provide the best possible solution efficiently;
  • Assess customers needs or desires and provide personalized supplement recommendations;
  • Collaborate with other departments serving as an internal representative and advocate for customer needs;
  • Be motivated to meet or exceed key performance targets, both personally and as a team
  • Follow team communication procedures, policies, and guidelines;
  • Perform each duty above with our customers’ happiness as your number one priority;

Requirements:

  • Have at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience;
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Have the technological aptitude to manage online/telephone communication software (Intercom and Cloudtalk) along with spreadsheets and documents;
  • Have previous experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment;
  • Have self-motivation for learning;
  • Have the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations;
  • Are motivated, energetic, driven, and have an impeccable work ethic;
  • Have excellent time management skills;
  • Are amenable to 24/7 shifting schedule;
  • Have full English language proficiency;
