The company Remote Helpers requires an English speaking Customer Support to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
- identifying customer needs and helping with questions;
- analyzing and reporting;
- updating our internal databases;
- gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams;
- assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements:
- knowledge of English language (C1-C2 level);
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- multi-tasking abilities;
- patience when handling tough cases.
