RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs.
- Interact with customers using calls, emails and chat in the required language and English.
- Use the right methods and tools to provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer.
- Meet team targets and chat handling quotas.
- Solve all the technical issues efficiently.
- Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient level of English and Native French, Italian, estonian, polish etc.
- Availability to work in rotating/night shifts and on holidays/weekends.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
