SafetyWing (YC W2018) is building a global social safety net with a secret mission of creating a Country on the internet. We are a team of borderless remote workers building a social safety net for companies and people like us.

Role

We are looking for our first Demand Generation Leader that will help the outbound sales team crush their goals by the qualified leads you bring in through your creative ways. We do things differently here and you would be free to create what you know will be best for the company vs having to fit in nicely in a corporate setting.

We are fully remote and we value authenticity most. You can design and execute demand generation programs that will delight our target audience and not bore them. This strategic position will lead the company’s marketing efforts and set the stage to build an incredible team with authentic remote workers living their best lives all over the world.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly effective inbound and outbound demand generation programs that lead to sales.
• Drive marketing ROI.
• Develop + execute an annual plan for physical and digital events that will be the talk of the community.
• Build and manage a team of marketing programs and incredible team members that want to build a  social safety net for all remote, distributed, nomad and borderless individuals and companies.
