Digital Account Director in CLD

Available to applicants based in: North americaAs part of our expansion into the US, we are looking to hire an experienced Account Director to lead our key client relationship in North America. You will be their go-to person for digital strategy, performance and insight, building key relationships within the organisation and ensuring that the account is run to CLD’s high standards. You will be comfortable with building media plans, diving into Adwords and LinkedIn advertising accounts and pulling out key statistics, and creating insightful reports with the help of an Ads team. As the client relationship expands and the account grows, you will have the opportunity to build a team around you, supporting the evolving account while gaining from the best practice and structure of the UK team. Our client is a global technology giant, and we have worked with them for over 2 years in EMEA. This role would be remote, working California hours, on a contract basis for an initial 3 days per week, with a view to becoming permanent on a full-time basis as the account grows.
- You have moved into an Account Management role after having gained experience in paid search and paid social
- You are a total tech geek – you love all things technology and have experience working for tech companies in the past
- You ‘get’ B2B lead generation and the long sale cycle, and the role of paid in new client acquisition
- You understand the intricacies of the US market
- You are a self-starter who loves working with clients and finding new ways of helping them

We are a team of 12 specialists across development, design and digital marketing, aiming to grow to 20 worldwide in the next 6 months.
