Your challenge

Cycloid is looking for a Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The role is suited to a proactive and analytical person who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and ambitious environment.

You should have exceptional digital marketing skills to take our digital strategy and projects to the next level whilst working within a fast paced working environment.

You’ll join a team of 4 experienced marketers to help us achieve our digital objectives across organic and paid social, paid search and SEO whilst managing the company's website, driving traffic and conversion through the website to ensure substantial growth and creating brand awareness.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and data-driven digital marketer to round out our all-star marketing team and help take Cycloid even closer to its digital objectives. With the luxury of in-house content and graphics, you’ll help us achieve our digital objectives across organic and paid social, paid search, and SEO whilst managing the company's website, driving traffic and conversion to ensure substantial growth and brand awareness.

Your mission:

  • Develop the company’s online strategy and digital experiences to maximise opportunities through a variety of innovative online activity
  • Based on knowledge from previous experiences, project manage the launch of the new Brand Website ensuring it is launched on time and within budget
  • Managing the user experience including working on the build and launch of website updates and redesign to a deadline
  • Managing technical development and maintenance of the website
  • Monitor, review and improve the results of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cross channel integration and alignment
  • Driving the strategic growth of PPC campaigns continually analysing and improving campaigns to achieve improved CPC, CPA, resulting in improved ROI for campaigns
  • To be able to analyse conversion data through the sales funnel process, keeping the customer process at the heart of everything you do. The results of the analysis will enable refinements to be made to the strategy
  • Managing and overseeing the SEO strategy and drive performance around keyword research, competitor analysis, link building analysis and growth

Skills

You are/have:
  • An expert in digital marketing with the drive to learn and adapt quickly
  • The experience and ability to balance strategic mindset with hands-on implementation
  • Experienced in multi-tasking across digital channels
  • Experienced in website management (Drupal CMS) including human-centred design approach
  • Excellent knowledge of Search, Display, and Paid Social
  • Experienced with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO
  • Analytical and results-driven
  • DevOps/tech knowledge a plus
  • Social media management a plus
  • Proactive, taking the initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Believe in leadership and collaboration more than in a title or traditional management
