We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Job Description

Marketing Assistant undertakes administration and marketing related tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer to facilitate our marketing operations in regard to our business consulting activities.

Marketing Assistant communicates directly with clients and encourages trusting relationships, and assists in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, as well as attends them to facilitate their success.

To thrive in our environment you need to be self-motivated, and possess a strong inner drive to achieve. You will support marketing executives with complex marketing processes, requirements gathering, service and competitive positioning, proposal generation, and drafting appropriately scoped statements of work.

The position may require occasional traveling within Europe.

Requirements

-Must be fluent in Farsi

-Proficient in English

– Permitted to work in the EU

– Ability to travel across the EU is preferred given the scope of our projects across Europe, hence the position can be remote

-Valid passport

-Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

-Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

-Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

-Team player, and able to adapt easily to different situations

-Excellent communication and people skills
