We are currently looking for an HR manager to join our team. Someone who can help us with the hiring process by selecting the best talent and training and stimulating our team members for the growth of OMDemocracy. 

As our HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for OMDemocracy’s all-round human resources activities:

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements to fill this role successfully are as follows:

Hard skills 🤹

  • Languages: German on a conversational level (since most of our team members will be German speaking at the beginning)
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR positions
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Basic understanding of the Online Marketing World (Online Ads, SEO, Social Media, Web Design, Development, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles

Work Frame 

  • This is a full-time position 🧑‍💻
  • You will work, among others, with the following tools: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides 🛠
  • Ongoing team communication will happen through Google Meet, Whatsapp & Slack 💬
