The newly formed Sales Business Unit has a big ambition to build a world-class sales team here at Hoxby to deliver our sales growth plan and to do it within The Hoxby Way. And that starts with creating a dedicated sales team that is able to optimise every lead and increase conversion so we can win more workstyle work for more Hoxbies. This team will be central to how we generate and optimise a healthy pipeline of new business for Hoxby, and to us being able to achieve the impact we want to have in the world by reaching new customers.

Working on a part time* and freelance basis, you will:

Work with the MD of Sales to focus on our 4 key areas of opportunity creation for Hoxby:
  1. Targeted leads through targeted marketing: a) Work with the MD’s on a quarterly basis to identify their target clients and sectors that will feed into our quarterly marketing plans.
  2. Inbound pipeline of leads: a) Work with marketing to ensure we have compelling client focused content that communicates the Unique Selling Point of Hoxby to potential clients in a highly engaging way to answer ‘Why should I work with Hoxby?’
  3. Creating Hoxby Brand Ambassadors: a) Work with the MD’s to understand how we can leverage the ‘good will’ of clients and associates past and present to champion what we do to others in a more consistent way thinking about platforms to bring people together or opportunities to showcase our work.
  4. Community leads and referral optimisation: a) Review the quality and conversion of leads
Recruit a dedicated sales team to follow up on all inbound leads and set response times to ensure a great customer experience, and make proactive outbound pitches in a Hoxby-style way, as required. a) Ensure we maximise the CRM (HubSpot) capability so, it becomes the single point of input for all leads and output for all prospect communication and sales pipeline information.
