As an Inbound BDR, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team. We are a remote-first company, so we value highly the ability to work autonomously, be self-driven, and stay productive.
🚀 What you’ll do
- Executing direct communication across our various inbound channels
- Researching and qualifying prospects.
- Managing, maintaining, and developing various relationships with potential clients.
- Reaching out to prospects via phone and email
- Working closely with our broader Sales Team and participating in various team workshops and training.
- Occasional outbound cold calling to prospects
🔥 Do you have what it takes?
- 1+ years of demand generation/sales experience OR an ambitious recent graduate
- Excellent phone, sales, written, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated interest in the SaaS, online video, and influencer industries
- High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation
- Willing to work as a team and put the team first
- Growth mindset and a positive attitude
🎁 You get bonus points if…
- Experience working with Google sheets
- Experience working with outreach tools such as Outplay and/or Intercom
- Experience working with Pipedrive or similar CRM software
- Knowledge of basic sales concepts, including qualification of ideal sales prospects
- Able to overlap with our distributed team
- Overall a kind and fun person 🙂
