SURF is a straightforward project for which we are collecting screenshots from a variety of apps on your smartphone or tablet.

Purpose:

This data will help train Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to improve the technologies for focusing, color, contrast, image processing, accessibility etc.

Main requirements:

• You have:
  • iPhone 6 and above, or similar Android phone model
  • iPad 2 and above, or similar Android tablet
• Your phone must be set in one of the following languages:
  • Italian
  • German
  • Portuguese
  • Chinese
  • Spanish
  • French
• Screenshots should be .jpg/jpeg or .png format.
• Your pictures must be original. Pictures taken from the internet or from other people will be rejected.
• The pictures must not include any PII (Personal Identifiable Information).
