As Partnerships Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team focused on recruiting, managing, and growing strategic partnerships/ Brand Ambassadors which can occasionally include affiliates. You will have the opportunity to work with great brands like: Vortex, Sig Sauer, Trijicon, Magpul, Leupold, Surefire, GEISSELE, EOTech, and Aimpoint. We are looking for a highly driven growth-oriented digital/marketing partnerships professional to lead, develop, manage, and execute strategic partnerships for brands and internal products. Combining the art and science of partnership marketing, you will use our detailed consumer insights to strategize, procure and cultivate partnerships that align with our core audience helping to drive new customers with emphasis on driving ecommerce, focusing on strategic brands and product mix. Finally, you will ensure that these relationships and partnership meet the strategic objectives for Ecentria serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidates for this role will have extensive experience executing complex, cross-functional partnerships to find success and generate high-impact, innovative results. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with colleagues in Development, Product, Design, Customer Service, and Marketing, in addition to various other teams around the world. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of partnership campaigns across different marketing channels targeted at hunters, firearm enthusiasts, outdoorsmen, campers, fishermen, and more!

Duties & Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Partnerships Program Manager are:

  • Continually developing existing partnerships and recruiting new partnership opportunities for promotional, engagement, sales performance, and other KPIs as determined by leadership
  • Maintain a recordkeeping system, tracking performance against goals/impact and regularly evaluating for better efficiency
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing channels, particularly anything and everything social
  • Monitor and report all partnership analytics regularly, including, but not limited to, revenue, clicks, impressions, swipe ups, etc. with an emphasis on new customer acquisition
  • Optimize campaigns and partnerships to meet business and financial goals
  • Manage day-to-day business, including approving payments, ensuring timely payment, product coordination, and developing monthly/quarterly campaigns with partners.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization
  • Ensure partners’ content is on brand and aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Manage the creation and execution of strategic campaigns, including seasonal and gifted/promotional influencer programming that fuels consumer demand, engagement, and conversions.
  • Be on the forefront of partnership and influencer opportunities to help bring and implement with existing and future partners
  • Manage and grow employee(s) to help drive and support all aspects of the partnerships program
  • Implement other tasks as assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements for the Partnerships Program Manager 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications or related fields
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in Digital Marketing, preferably in e-commerce
  • Knowledge of best practices for various online marketing channels, especially Social Media
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel/CRM System Skills
  • Proven experience of growth-oriented sales & relationship management
  • Knowledge of sporting goods, hunting, law enforcement, and/or outdoor industries a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a high comfort level with software and technology
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 30% of the time
