General Description: 

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
You will work closely with our local and International Operation Team supporting them in their daily activities.


  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Learn and apply to practice sales strategies and techniques to on-board new schools and resellers
  • Drive demos and sales with war leads delivered by marketing
  • Research your target companies and prepare executive summaries
  • Manage existing and incoming leads to arrange meetings
  • Assist the Sales Operations team with various assignments related to sales processes

Minimum skills:

  • You are studying/studied Business Administration, Communications, Sales & Marketing, Economics or similar
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with different people
  • You are comfortable to achieve sales KPIs and delivering to targets
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, advanced Excel is a good have but not a requirement)
  • You are comfortable working indecently in a structured way
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Previous experience in Sales will be considered a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills in English

Minimum experience:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
