We are looking to hire a full time Sales Lead to help build and run our Admissions Team! In this role you’ll start as a player/coach, first understanding the product and sales cycle and making closes with the Founder, that way you can build/manage a team with relevant experience. You will manage your own schedule and be working Remotely.Responsibilities
- Learn and improve current process through hypothesis and A/B testing
- Build repeatable and scalable processes for Admissions Consultants to execute
- Hire, train, manage staff to ensure goals and business objectives are met
Skills Needed For The Position
- Ability to work to meet performance based measures, often under pressure
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and sensory acuity
What Else You’ll Need
- Has at least 1 year experience in a sales role
- Likes to work in a small company where you can make a meaningful contribution and grow with the company
- Loves building relationships and help people to make the most of their opportunities
- Is a self motivated learner who wants to work for a company that will invest in you
