The sales representative is responsible for bringing new customers and projects into the business. The sales representative must build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer by providing excellent service to them and truly add value to their business. They will be the lead point of contact at the point of sale and need to work closely with the production team to ensure customer expectations are met.

  1. Generate leads
  2. Create contact with new and potential customers
  3. Identify the customers’ needs and present appropriate solutions
  4. Follow the customers’ projects from start to finish, and ensure the best service is given
  5. Support and up-sell on existing accounts
  6. Close new deals
  7. Work closely with the sales and production team
  8. Work towards the sales target and report activities and results weekly
  9. Attend various conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential customers
  10. Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customer and company
  11. Negotiate contracts with customer and establishing timeline of production
  12. Developing a complete understanding of customer account needs
  13. Managing communications between key customers and internal teams
  14. Give clear instructions and guidelines to the production team
  15. Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  16. Support the resolution of customer  issues and complaints

  • possess Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
