Digital Olympus is a relationship-based link-building agency that currently includes a team of 30+ full-time employees and multiple contractors across the world. Digital Olympus was founded by Alex Tachalova, who established a solid personal brand while working at Semrush and then as a freelance digital marketing expert. Alex is a frequent speaker at conferences and regularly contributes to SEJ, Moz, HubSpot, and similar blogs.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to help us to manage the presence of the company across different social platforms. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a solid writing background. The primary responsibilities will include developing engaging content for social media channels and improving our online presence by introducing new SMM strategies.


  • Developing and maintaining an effective branding strategy for Digital Olympus on social media;
  • Creating visual and written content for the company’s social media platforms particularly for Twitter and LinkedIn;
  • Managing social media channels for Digital Olympus (Twitter & LinkedIn);
  • Managing and growing our Facebook community;
  • Running social media ads when required;
  • Measuring the success of every social media campaign;
  • Proposing & execute new ideas for social media content;
  • Providing weekly and monthly analysis of our social media performance and suggesting new strategies to grow our online presence and visibility;
  • Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of at least two years or more as a Social media manager for a brand or company.
  • Experienced in content creation for social media posts on Twitter/LinkedIn (visual/written content).
  • Experience with online community management.
  • Experience with social media advertising.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Experience in building a brand image on social media.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Fluent in English (Business English).
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Organized self-starter, comfortable making decisions on your own.

Salary Range: $1700 to $2000
