ICANotes is looking to hire an energetic and customer-focused Software Support Agent to join our Support team. Your role will involve developing & maintaining relationships with current customers, understanding their needs, and advising them on how our software can address those needs.

Founded in 1999, we work with all behavioral health clinical disciplines in both outpatient and inpatient settings to deliver the most clinically robust and intuitive EHR charting solution for this specialty. Our mission is to develop and deliver software that empowers clinicians to create higher quality records, leading to better patient care.

The clinical content in our program and the method of quickly creating a narrative note is unmatched by our competition.   • Enthusiasm for customer service, a positive attitude, and highly motivated to learn and teach
  • 1-2 years software or help desk support experience
  • Experience with phone and chat support
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Newer computer with dual monitors
  • Strong, steady Internet access of at least 20 mbps download and 2 mbps upload
  • Distraction free work area at home
  • Fluency in English
