As the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, you will report to the CRO and support the Revenue Organization (Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success).  You will have a massive impact on growth by owning the development and execution of our Sales Enablement strategy.

🚀 What you’ll do

  • Found a Sales Enablement function dedicated to supporting our Sales Development, Sales, & Customer Success teams
  • Develop effective enablement resources and programs designed to improve onboarding, product/solution training, sales collateral / assets, and tools adoption
  • Deliver an onboarding program focused on improving ramp time of new team members
  • Own training and collateral related to new product & feature releases
  • Deploy sales collateral including customer case studies, competitive battlecards, and pitch decks
  • Regularly document and reinforce key ICPs, buyer personas and journeys, competitive intelligence, and target markets
  • Drive Revenue Team tools adoption (i.e. CRM, Outplay, Guru) for greater rep productivity and data hygiene
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge gaps across the team
  • Measure, analyze and report sales enablement program effectiveness, content utilization, and sales results – including decreasing new hire ramp time, increasing product proficiency, and increasing rep productivity rates

🔥 Do you have what it takes?

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Training, and/or other relevant field
  • Strong understanding of the workings of a sales environment, including collateral / assets, sales tools, and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Able to build internal relationships across Sales, Success, Marketing, & Product
  • High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation
  • Willing to work as a team and put the team first
  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude

🎁 You get bonus points if…

  • Demonstrated interest in online video and the creator economy
  • Experience working with Pipedrive or similar CRM software
  • Experience with Guru or similar LMS
  • Experience working with outreach tools such as Outplay and/or Intercom
  • Fast learner
