The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand our software platform thoroughly in detail (full training will be provided).
- Respond to technical support queries promptly through various channels, within 60 min time-frame.
- Perform duties as needed.
- A university degree (no specific requirement), or equivalent work experience.
- High availability and always connected online.
- Excellent English writing skills (Spanish is bonus).
- Good verbal skills (in case of phone queries).
- Ability to work under pressure.
