Prior to working at monday.com, I used the platform at my previous job to manage my work. It completely changed the way I work and made me professional on a whole other level that you can’t imagine until you try it.
I find monday.com useful for remote work since it helps my colleagues and I communicate in one commonplace, and easily prioritize our work to meet our KPIs.

What are the “pros” & benefits?:
- It has different specific templates for remote work.
- From automating mundane tasks to carrying out large-scale projects, my team and I are able to achieve everything we put our minds to.
- The automations and ease-of-use of the platform.
What are the “cons”?
- They are above average in the pricing part in comparison to other project management tools, but that’s because of the flexibility and customization that’s only available on monday.
- It is not possible to share the timeline progress of a project with a client, you can only share an excel file.
