ProProfs Project offers enough features to cater to business needs. Albeit there are some cons, but it is the same story with other available project management software as well. It has given me a delightful experience so far, thereby, willing to use it for the long-term.

• Custom notification settings
• Timely reminders

What are the tool “cons” & issues?:

• Its simplicity works as a double-edged sword, which means you don’t require any expertise, but it dwindles the number of use cases of scrum master.
• Its time tracking feature shows time being spent on a project in real-time, but it doesn’t let you allocate time to a particular resource.
• This tool has multiple hierarchies to manage projects like task/subtask, but it doesn’t support to-dos for lower hierarchy.
• You miss features like multitask toolbar, project owner, and custom fields while using this tool.
