“I spent a month with Kevin and Elaine at The Hatchery Place and absolutely loved the set up they have which is perfect for entrepreneurs and makers. Kevin and Elaine themselves are extremely friendly and will always make you feel welcome. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and facilities have everything you need. The neighborhood itself is quiet but there are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes just ten minutes walk away. Perfect for when you need a change of scenery. The LRT which takes you into the CBD is about 15 minutes walk away or if you don’t want to walk there is a free bus. As for the workspace, it had reliable wifi throughout my whole stay and plenty of different areas to work from including a fantastic standing desk. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it easy to get things done and there’s normally someone else around during business hours to share stories and ideas with. If you’re looking to meet some great people, and get things done in a relaxed environment whilst in KL for a couple of weeks then this is the perfect spot!”

“The Hatchery Place is a great place if you’re looking to stay somewhere where you want to feel homely and at the same time get some work done. We stayed there for a week and loved it. There’s a common working area with good lighting, the wifi is very fast, there’s also a kitchen area where you can cook simple meals which is great if, as me, you like preparing your own food and miss it while traveling. There’s also a washing machine that is available for use. The water pressure in the shower is good and the bed is very comfortable. The place is very chilled, the area is nice as there are restaurants and shops not far. Kevin and Elaine were very welcoming. The first night we all went for dinner at a very tasty veg Chinese restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here.”
