It’s definitely a time saver! At first it was hard to ‘delegate’ this job to Calendly but now I just send my Calendly link automatically to whoever wants to set a meeting with me. When it’s one-on-one, it’s so easy and honestly saves me a lot of times and emails in my inbox, which is always good news!

What are the tool “pros” & benefits?:
A very good thing is that not only can I send my calendar link so the other person can find an available slot in my calendar, but it can also do the same thing for a bunch of people in my team. So we can integrate all our calendars and that way we don’t have to loose time matching calendars. Also, since we’re a remote team, the time zone integration is such a relief!
What are the tool “cons” & issues?:
If you want to do a group event such as a webinar, you need everyone in the list to be on Calendly and that sometimes makes things a bit slower at first. It has three plans: Free, Premium ($8 per user/month) and Pro ($12 per user/month).
